Description
Industry is deep into the phase-in of the FCC’s accessibility rules for Advanced Communications Services. The recordkeeping and certification requirements for ACS and telecommunications services and equipment will take effect January 30, 2013. The rules establish accessibility requirements for advanced communications services and equipment, require manufacturers and providers of telecommunications equipment to keep certain records and file important certifications with the FCC.
