Top Initiatives: Promotion: Increase the awareness of the value and benefits of multi-room audio video in the home among consumers and home builders. Research: Conduct research to determine how much value consumers and retailers think MRAV products add to the value of homes. Builder Initiative: Facilitate business relationships between the builder industry and CEA members by creating new growth opportunities in the home builder market for CE products and installation services. Technology & Standards: Promote the Multi-Room Audio Cabling Standard (ANSI/CEA-2030) which provides a detailed blueprint for adding distributed audio to homes, along with the CAT-5 computer cables and RG-6 television cables that are commonly used in new home construction today.
