Digital Driver Campaign
To help usher in the many new technologies available in the car, CEA’s Digital Driver campaign follows four main tactics:
• Create and promote the Driving Logic campaign,
• Support and promote the Your Ride Your Way campaign (in a partnership with MERA),
• Undertake national press outreach regarding mobile digital connectivity, and
• Use the International CES for maximum exposure of mobile electronics products.
Mobile electronics products are fun and exciting. There are a wide range of mobile electronic upgrades available that can significantly improve the quality, enjoyment and safety of consumer automotives. Mobile electronics products let drivers and their passengers take their home entertainment options with them when they travel and help them protect themselves, their families and their property. Mobile electronics products allow consumers There are three levels of MECP certification for installers: bronze, silver and gold. The bronze level, or basic installer to use travel time to better manage their home and work lives. With mobile electronics products, drivers can customize their cars to suit their specific needs.
The development of digital upgrades is the future of mobile electronics. Consumers want to be able to easily upgrade their cars with the newest consumer electronics. The CEA 2012 standard is a mobile digital gateway that allows for ease-of-use and interoperability. The evolving mobile consumer interface is creating a safer and more enjoyable experience for the driver/consumer.
