CEA ANNOUNCES 2006 MARK OF EXCELLENCE AWARD WINNERS
Awards Honor More than 20 Industry Leaders in Custom Electronics

The Consumer Electronics Association (CEA®) recently announced the winners of the 2006 Mark of Excellence Awards, presented by CEA's TechHome Division. The winners were honored at an awards banquet on Friday, March 31 at the Rosen Centre Hotel, in Orlando, Florida, during the Electronic House Expo Spring 2006 (EHX).
According to CEA's Annual State of the Builder Survey, home technologies and innovations are significant in marketing new homes, with one-third of builders citing home technology for the increase in revenue over the past year. CEA's Mark of Excellence Awards recognize these industry leaders in custom electronics products, services and installations, who are instrumental in changing the shape of the connected home. The industry trend setters were honored in four categories - Supplier, System Integrator, System Integrator of the Year and Training/Support.
