CEA, the Custom Electronic Design & Installation Association (CEDIA) and the National Systems Contractors Association (NSCA) have joined forces to create a unified educational entity known as the Electronic Systems Professional Alliance (ESPA). The agency hopes to create a qualified workforce equal to the growing demand for electronic systems contractors and thus lessen the confusion created by numerous industry associations across the country with varied certification programs.
