Program Description
A family of marks that is intended to facilitate disabling and enabling transmitters in wireless devices and provide common symbols and terminology. The document is the result of collaborative, cross-industry work by device manufacturers, airlines and representatives from flight attendant and pilot organizations. Use in accordance with CEA-CEB 18, Recommended Practice for Transmitter Control and Status Indication in Transmitting Portable Electronic Devices (T-PEDs).
