In order to earn a CEknowhow Certificate, participants must successfully complete an online exam at the end of each program, earning a score of 85% or higher. Individuals may retest as often as necessary, and may do so without reviewing the entire program. Upon passing the exam, participants have the option of printing a certificate and/or sending it to a specified e-mail address, such as that of a supervisor or manager.

These courses are designed for the front line sales staff, whether you are working at a big or small retailer. All the information needed to pass the course is contained within each of the training program, and from the resource center and glossary. The training can be paused, replayed or stopped altogether. If the user wishes to stop during any of the exams, his/her score will automatically be saved and may be resumed at any time by logging on using his/her email address and password.
