Last October, reddit’s Internet 2012 Bus Tour traveled from Denver, Colo., to Danville, Ky., visiting the startups, main street businesses and politicians that are driving America’s emerging Internet economy. As filmmakers, the team at Nimblebot was drawn to the story of Internet freedom that emerged during SOPA and PIPA. We thought that with such dramatic opposition to bills limiting Internet freedom, surely the non-coastal voices will reveal some interesting perspectives discussing Internet censorship.
